*Note: Returns will not be accepted for custom orders, altered stock orders, items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or are not in their original packaging.

FAQ:
- Who covers the shipping cost?
If the return is initiated by the consumer, they are responsible for the shipping cost, which will depend on the courier service chosen.
However, if the return is due to an error on our part, such as damaged or incorrect items, the consumer will not be responsible for the shipping cost.
- Can I cancel my order?
For stock orders, you can cancel as long as they haven’t been shipped. Please contact us immediately to proceed with the cancelation. If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be canceled, but you can return it once it arrives. In this case, you will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred.
